Trustpilot Reviews Scraper: Ratings, Replies and TrustScore
This Actor returns public Trustpilot reviews for any company, with star rating, title, text, dates, author country, verified flag and the company's reply, plus an optional company row with TrustScore and rating distribution. It is for reputation, research and support teams who track reviews of their own company or competitors.
Main price: $0.40 per 1,000 reviews, same on every Apify plan.
What you can do with it
- Collect new reviews of your company every day and send them to Slack or a sheet.
- Compare TrustScores and rating breakdowns across a market.
- Pull only 1 and 2 star reviews to study complaints.
- See which reviews got a company reply and how fast.
- Get website, email, phone and address from company rows when the company lists them.

Run it from code
Create an API token in Apify Console (Settings, API and Integrations) and replace YOUR_APIFY_TOKEN. This call starts a run with a small input and returns the rows when it finishes. Synchronous calls suit small inputs; for big jobs, start a run and read the dataset later.

FAQ
- How many reviews can I get per company?
- Trustpilot shows logged-out visitors 200 reviews per filter view. The Actor reads narrower views (by star rating, language and sort) and joins them without duplicates, which reaches thousands for large companies, but not always every review.
- Can I scrape only negative reviews?
- Yes. Set Star ratings to 1 and 2.
- What is not charged?
- Duplicates, reviews skipped by your star, language, verified or date filters, companies not on Trustpilot and failed requests. There is no start fee.
- Do I need a Trustpilot account?
- No. The Actor reads public Trustpilot pages.
- Where do I report a problem?
- Email hello@apisamurai.com, or open an issue on the Actor's Apify page.
